1. The Bible
does not authorize or mention it.

must depend on the testimony of others for the knowledge of his
baptism.
3. It robs the
individual of the joy of personal obedience.
4. It is done in
the name of the Father, the Son, and the Spirit, yet none of the
Trinity has authorized it.

practiced not only without the will of the child, but often against
it.
6. New Testament
baptism is always a burial in water, never sprinkling or pouring (Rom.
6:3-4).
7. Only those
who received the Word of God were baptized (Acts 2:41).

Infant baptism is often used as an excuse not to be baptized according
to the will of God when one reaches accountable age.

Teaching, faith, repentance, confession, must precede baptism (Mark
16:16; Acts 2:38; 8:26-38).
10. Infants are
without sin, therefore are fit subjects for the Kingdom of Heaven
(Matt. 19:4).
11. Those who
were baptized continued steadfastly in the doctrine, fellowship, and
breaking of bread (Acts 2:42), impossibilities for infants.
