Hanson Cold Storage Co. becomes the Company's official legal name. |
| 1994 |
The Company once again purchases Koops Freezer in Decatur, Michigan, which was operating under the name of Big Valley Cold Storage. |
| 1995 |
The Company purchases from Interstate Warehouse a refrigerated warehouse in Lafayette, Indiana. |
| 1996 |
The Company's three Indiana warehouses are "spun-off" into a wholly owned subsidiary of Hanson Cold Storage Co. called Hanson Cold Storage Co. of Indiana. |
| 1997 |
Hanson Cold Storage Co. is merged into Tri-State Investments, Inc. and the surviving company is renamed Hanson Cold Storage Co. |
| 1999 | A 100,000 square foot freezer addition and overall facility refurbishment
is completed at the Lafayette, Indiana warehouse. |
| 2001 |
Another 40,000 square foot freezer addition is completed at the
Lafayette, Indiana warehouse bringing it to a total of 280,000 square
feet and over 6 million cubic feet.. |
