1991 John Steimle retires as Chairman of the Board, but remains as a director of the board. Merlin Hanson is elected Chairman of the Board.
1993 Hanson Cold Storage Co. becomes the Company's official legal name.
1994 The Company once again purchases Koops Freezer in Decatur, Michigan, which was operating under the name of Big Valley Cold Storage.
1995 The Company purchases from Interstate Warehouse a refrigerated warehouse in Lafayette, Indiana.
1996 The Company's three Indiana warehouses are "spun-off" into a wholly owned subsidiary of Hanson Cold Storage Co. called Hanson Cold Storage Co. of Indiana.
1997 Hanson Cold Storage Co. is merged into Tri-State Investments, Inc. and the surviving company is renamed Hanson Cold Storage Co.
1999 A 100,000 square foot freezer addition and overall facility refurbishment is completed at the Lafayette, Indiana warehouse.
2001 Another 40,000 square foot freezer addition is completed at the Lafayette, Indiana warehouse bringing it to a total of 280,000 square feet and over 6 million cubic feet..
